This place is TERRIBLE. I came here a week ago for a dip manicure and got a male technician that absolutely destroyed my natural nails, over-filing and drilled them until they were uneven and thin as paper, no exaggeration. When I showed him how thin he had made them, he giggled uncomfortably as if he didn’t understand and ignored me. I had to pull my hand away in pain at one point because he ran the file so hard against the side my nail, that it tore my skin and made me bleed. He didn’t stop and acknowledge it or apologize. I’ve never been so anxious wanting a manicure to end. The work at the end looked good even though my nails were tender but because the nail was so thin and he only did two layers of dip, they cracked like glass and 3 broke within 2 days of my manicure and because I had none of my natural nail beds left after he drilled them to paper, it was extremely painful. That nail technician should lose his license and never be allowed to touch anyone again. It will take months for my nails to grow out again, I’m so pissed that I trusted this place. Take this warning and avoid it!

I went despite the negative reviews because of its closeness, but I might as well have driven further since it took forever and my nails came out nothing like the picture I showed. Multiple nails are crooked and even when I asked for the shape to be fixed nothing was done about it. They also didn’t fix any mistakes they made with the polish or design and there are smudges all over and with a simple line design it makes them very noticeable. Also got polish and glue all over my skin. Very disappointed, so listen to the reviews and choose a different nail salon.

I very rarely write a negative review but this place was AWFUL! I’m a Flight Attendant and went in on a layover and was so excited to get cute Valentines Day nails, simple hearts, nothing crazy, and she refused to do them. It was near opening and almost no one in there. Didn’t even see if anyone else could do possibly do them, just said no. The place and the utensils seemed very unsanitary and dirty. Instead of fixing old acrylic, she was just gluing over it, trapping in god knows what. The lady doing my nails was so rude that I don’t think I’ve ever wanted a manicure to end faster. I would never come back here. Although they were cheap, I ended up having to go to a nail place where I live so I ended up having to pay double anyways. Save your money, go elsewhere.

I never had a worse pedicure than here. I can’t even believe it how bad it was. They charge me extra for remove the gel and they just bad filing and leve uneven and cut my skin in the process. They leave parts with the gel on it. Then they don’t even apply cream use the hot towel to pass one time and that’s it. The whole process maybe 15 min. My skin look dry my nils look bad and on top of that she asked me for a tip like the tip is n obligation regardless of the bd service. Of course I will not giving her nothing. They should pay me for cut my skin and make such a bad job . Shame on them! Don’t go!

Honestly lost for words. I’ll never be back. Went in on my lunch break for a quick pink & white ombre fill and left with the below pictures after well over an hour. When I asked if she could discount it because it wasn’t at all what I asked for, she argued that THIS is what pink and white ombre was supposed to look like… There is nothing pink, white, or ombre about any of it. They are all uneven and most are 75% whiteish/clear. Massive waste of $45. Had I not been on a time crunch I would’ve stayed and had someone else fix them.
