I should have read the reviews for this place. Everyone is right about the guy who does the nails. At first I just thought he was a little salty. That’s ok by me. But on my third visit I asked him to do a better job on the overlay on my nails so they did not resemble bubbles, also to please do a better job on the filing. I literally have had to file my own nails after the previous visits. Dude copped an attitude and the rest of my visit was awful and the worst part is he hurt me with the drill and even after I told him it was burning me he continued to do so. That’s unacceptable. After he finished torturing me he huffed off like a child and I waited for the nice lady who does the gel..I literally pulled a file out of my purse and filed my own nails. If the goal was to make me never come back again then mission accomplished.

Showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows to be and I asked her not to do them thin and she still did them thin 😩. I’ve been growing my eyebrows back going almost a year now and this happen. The picture I showed was a previous picture of my own eyebrows so it was very achievable. Just annoyed about the whole thing.

The woman who worked on my feet actually did a great job. But I came in for a simple mani pedi and it took over two hours. There were 3 staff members working on 6 + people switching back and forth between us all. I figured Tuesday morning I could get in a little relaxation but the stress of waiting so long totally undermined the benefits of the service they provided. I will never come back here again. The guy who was running things was very dismissive and they were generally inattentive. Like I said my pedicure was actually good but what a waste of my time. Never paying up front again because I would have simply walked out if they didn’t already have my money.
