I showed them a picture and they were able to match my request, bottom line. The one thing I’ll say is the service could be better…I got the classic pedicure with acrylic toe and nail set. My pedicure was non-existent honestly I still had callus on my feet, But the actual nail work is undeniably good the workers do not interact much with their clients and Seemingly get annoyed when a suggestion is mentioned, they only more-so interact with their coworkers. But i love my nails and toes this place has potential!!

I’ve never had a bad experience. I came in later today than I usually do (about an hour before closing) with an idea of what I wanted for my design. As I had hoped, the tech truly outdid himself.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This establishment does not clean after each customer. I was also CHARGED FOR A SERVICE that was no to my liking. My bill was 168.00. I asked to take my nails OFF. All I WANTED was a FILL IN. The eyelashes are ON POINT. I can’t say much about ANYTHING ELSE IN THERE!!!

Firstly I must say how disappointed I am in myself for not declining service in the initial stage of getting my nails done. The guy that was working on my nails was obviously an apprentice as when he started, another employee was showing him what to do/ not do (even through the process)It took about 3 hours to get the job done (not) Then I had to constantly show him where needed more work. I saw He was frustrated with himself because he couldn’t get it right. it got to a point where the same lady had to take over from him because the end product was horrible. She kinda fixed some of them but for the most part the nails are poorly shaped. All are slanting. I could sense from the beginning it wouldn’t end well. Well they did claim to give me a discount but just don’t let a person work on someone’s nails if they are not done learning. I can say I won’t be going back.
