Have gone to the same stylist for atleast 30 years she now owns the salon would never let anyone else touch my hair also does my nails and toes

This is one of the worst “salons” that my wife has ever been to. They are extremely rude, they have very limited hours, and they’re unprofessional. I’m not big on giving bad reviews, but her experience coupled with my sister’s similar experience, I feel like a warning needs to be given. Her appointment was with Gene, not sure if the others are better.
