Trina is the absolute best! She is so fun and really cares about her art. I showed her a color I liked and she told me it didn’t wear well so she mixed up a new color that was PERFECT and let me name it! She also really cares about taking good care of your nails and skin and will give you recommendations without pressuring you to make additional purchases. I also love being the only one in the salon for my appointment. Nail salons can be a sensory nightmare, but with Trina everything is so relaxing. I’m so lucky to have found New Image!

I love this salon! I’m a current student at Syracuse University and being 6 hours away from home I was extremely nervous to find someone who can do my acrylics exactly the way I liked them, and I’m so happy I found Trina because she is that person! I’ve been getting my nails done for as long as I can remember, and this salon has been one of my best experiences so far. The atmosphere is relaxing and Trina is so friendly, professional, and talented. She has such a wide selection of colors and styles, and my nails look flawless every time I get them done. I love making conversation with Trina as well, and she lets my boyfriend come and sit next to me while my nails are getting done. 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend this salon!

10 out of 5 stars for Trina! First time there and will definitely go again. Trina is easy to talk with and very attentive to her customer. I just needed a simple shaping and walked away with beautiful natural nails and a lovely massage. Make sure to make an appointment with this highly professional and lovely manicurist. 👏
