I called ahead and they fit me right in, no wait. I didn’t request a nail tech by name and I lucked out with Jason, the owner- he did a fantastic job! Really took his time with the shaping and they came out beautiful. I think I just found my new nail guy! Very friendly, reasonably priced. One of my nails had broken previously and was super short. He added an acrylic tip to it, free of charge! Super nice. Some other nail places I’ve been to in the area have a very strong acetone smell or the nail techs try to push additional services- not this place! It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had getting my nails done EVER, and by far the best quality. A++++

I’ve been going to this salon forever. I really like the owners. I like the location and I always felt like their prices were reasonable. However, for the second time in a few years I’ve gotten an infection from their pedicures and had to go to the doctor for treatment which included draining the infection and getting nail surgery. They cut and push back cuticles of the toes which really isn’t necessary. In the process they cut my toe. After this second pedicure infection I felt the need to let others know. I will not be going back.

I didn’t even want to select a star. I was reprimanded by the manager of the salon for running 10 minutes late. Even after trying to explain that it was my first time so wasn’t fully aware of the policies. He proceeded to berate me. I decided to go to the salon in the effort to obtain an apology, and receive my services. When I began to tell him how uncomfortable he made me feel over the phone, and that the way he addressed me was inappropriate, he asked me to leave. I was not expecting that he would not accept accountability for how he was speaking to me, so I gladly left. There are way better options. The only reason I ended up there was because I found it nice to have a place to go on a Sunday afternoon, but it’s not worth someone assuming that they have the authority to treat or talk to me poorly.

I literally had the fastest, worst pedicure of my entire life at New Grace Nails today. I was charged $36 for a basic pedicure. I had existing polish on my nails, which was partially filed off with a nail file, the nail technician did not use nail polish remover. He did not trim my nails or the areas around my nails, he pushed back the cuticles and trimmed them a tiny bit. The bottom of my feet were exfoliated for maybe 10 seconds each. The bulk of the “pedicure“ seem to be focused around a leg massage, for which the technician set a timer, and as soon as the timer went off, he stopped. I was literally in shock when he started to polish my nails as I could not believe that the pedicure was completed. it literally took 20 minutes. I have never been more disappointed in a pedicure, and I will never return! Definitely do not recommend.

I’ve come to Grace nails over the years and have always been happy with my experience until recently. A friend and I came in for manicures and everything was fine until we left and she told me that when we first sat down, the nail techs were talking about us. Specifically commenting on our weight, which is unprofessional and has nothing to do with getting a manicure. They felt that it was ok to talk poorly about us and other people there. There’s no need to be talking negatively about your customers in front of them, especially when you never know who will understand everything you’re saying.
