Neroli Salon & Spa – Downtown Reviews, Prices, Services, Photos

I visited Neroli for a mini spa day to spoil myself. I booked a deep tissue massage, a facial and a haircut. I loved the relaxing sitting room, water/tea provided, the foot soak and the amenities in the locker room (i.e slippers, robe, styling products, etc…). I do wish they had more than one shower stall as I was unable to take a shower after my treatments due to a wait but otherwise great. The treatment rooms were very comfortable, well maintained and the music/lighting was perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive as well. I felt very taken care of. The highlight of the entire day was my facial with Kristen. She was FABULOUS and I would definitely recommend her. I could tell by her movements and style that she was very experienced and I felt so incredibly relaxed. Sadly the massage did not leave me with the same feeling. I appreciated that my therapist Randall spent a good amount of time on the intake/assessment to get a better understanding of what I needed and although his technique on my legs was great, the techniques used on my shoulders/neck left something to be desired. Compared to the facial and other massages I’ve had, it did not feel as experienced/smooth/relaxing as I hoped. Kristen actually worked on the same areas and I appreciated her technique/attention to the tension which allowed me to relax more into the treatment. Lastly, I enjoyed my haircut service with Neroli. My stylist did a great job cutting and finishing the look and sadly I was getting a little overheated so I had to cut our time a few minutes short but I’m very happy with how the cut turned out. I would recommend visiting Neroli and will likely return.

Anastasia is fantastic! I’ve been getting massages monthly from her for the last several months, and she’s excellent & attentive in her practice. The spa itself is also amazing and truly makes you forget you’re right downtown. Can’t recommend enough!

Everything about my Marma Body Therapy was amazing. Ashley walked me through a little background behind Ayurveda and asked me questions to help make the most of my experience. The oil massage and touch point therapy was exactly what I needed after the stress of the holidays. It’s the next day and I feel wonderful! Thank you, Ashley!

Had my first appointment with the salon, My hair stylist Mary was great. Unfortunately front of house staff really ruined my experience blonde receptionist was unprofessional wearing a sports bra she very forceful about gratuity even tho my cut was $$85. Will not be returning to the salon.

Today I visited Neroli downtown and I was 7 mins late for my appointment. I was escorted to the lounge area which was very nice, and offered something to drink. I was informed that my massage would be cut short due to my arrival which wasn’t a problem. After my massage which wasn’t cheap I was basically escorted to the front desk, so I can pay my bill. This wasn’t my first visit, I usually go to the Brookfield location which has EXCELLENT service. I was expecting to use the steam shower and soak my feet after my massage, but the service wasn’t offered until I mentioned it to the cashier. I purchase Neroli gift cards each month as a treat for myself, and I use them when I have the opportunity. This was the first time I DIDNOT enjoy my visit!!!!! I was very disappointed!! Whenever I go to the Brookfield location they are very welcoming and the service is excellent, so I was expecting the same service from the downtown location! I didn’t feel welcome at all.
