They are great! Me and my daughter went and they made sure we were both done at the same time and made her feel very comfortable! I love them! I showed my nail tech my design and she took a picture and she mimicked it completely!

This place is the best. Nice, friendly & great customer service. They really do what yu ask for and make sure it’s to perfection. They even take the time to offer you something to drink. The shop is beautiful & very clean.

Horribly upset. I live in Charlotte and I came down to visit my sister who is a frequent customer here, so entrusting her I come along for a mani and pedi. I have never had a pedicure in which a whole gel toe nail polish popped off like a press on during service. The technician fixed it. I get all the way to my sisters house another toenail pops off like a press on and we go back, me thinking that the issue is resolved once I get the other toe polished again. Here it is, I have now gotten back to North Carolina and a toenail on the whole other foot has peeled off. This is insane. I am going on vacation and I have to worry about if I’m going to leave a piece of toenail polish behind. I want this rectified and plan on driving back to South Carolina ro have it resolved. I did not spend $132 bucks tip included to have to deal with this or worry about if my nails and toes are going to stay in tact!
