I am changing my review due to the cut I got here. I had very long hair cut to a pixie and was told the stylist was familiar with cutting short hair when I booked the appointment. She wasn’t familiar with a pixie and leaned on me to tell her what to do. She continued to thin my hair out instead of making it a textured look. I have some hairs that are really long and some that are too short. It is really a mess.

I’ve waited two months to get my hair to grow out enough to be able to get it fixed at another salon. The cut I received was very masculine and not anything I requested. It was very disappointing.

When I got to the salon, no one greeted me. This man was sitting in a chair with coffee and didn’t say anything. After about 5 minutes he walked behind the front desk. It was weird because no one was inside but the two of us.

This place may do a better job with long hair, but I’d find another place for short styles. They do offer free neck trims and a product with the cut which is cool but didn’t take them up on it due to how bad my cut is.

Katie is amazing! I’ve straightened my hair my whole life and recently stopped blow drying it since I have some wave to my hair. Katie gave me my first curly cut and turned my waves into curls all the way up to my scalp. I never knew my hair had this kind of curly potential! I love it!

We recently moved and I decided to give Neo Bella a try after a color disaster at my usual salon. My stylist (Monica) listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to fix my hair back to exactly the way I like it. I could not be more thrilled with my experience! This salon has a small, locally owned feel and you can tell they genuinely care about having happy customers. They also were extremely strict with sanitation procedures and protocol, which was comforting to me during these crazy pandemic times. Neo Bella is for sure my new go-to for all things hair!

I absolutely love my Deva haircut and color from Katie! She spent 3.5 hours dyeing my roots, giving me highlights and cutting each one of my curls individually. She showed me how I should be washing my curly hair and what products would work best with my hair. I’m so excited to have found someone who knows how to work with curly hair!
