hello i expected a relaxing and friendly service at this salon after looking at their website. but after the service i received, the price and description of the manicure service need to be updated asap.
on 11/08, the lady who did my nails didn’t talk much and i had to ask about a manicure but she just did my cuticles, and charged me $5 .. there was no massage or enough cleaning under my nails or anything prior to coloring my nails .. (price for a manicure on the website was $20 but was charged $40 for cuticles $5 and dipping powder $5)
i would have just done it at home for free since it was so simple . my cuticles felt “sore” afterwards and bleeding , from cutting a little bit more skin than necessary ..
I personally did not have a relaxing time and i even tipped the lady who did my nails and i’m sad to say that i would take it back. this was my first “manicure” experience and it was disappointing ..
i hope changes will be made so other customers will feel welcomed and relaxed compared to what i had experienced .

when i called they said $40 for gel with french tip. i got there and said i wanted diamonds and chrome too which i understood would cost more, what i didn’t know was that it would cost $10 for diamonds and $10 for some chrome. from my multiple years of going to many nail salons the average cost would be maybe $10 for those total. honestly though, i would’ve been fine with that if the diamonds didn’t fall off in the first 2 days. they had a 7 day policy for fixing things, so i came back 2 times to get the diamonds glued on. both times the diamonds flew off THE SAME DAY. they made me feel as if i was an annoyance for coming back to get it fixed, after paying $60 for GEL nails, i’ve had acrylics that cost less. i do my nails at home usually so for me this was an unfortunate experience. the lady that did my french tips tho did them the best i’ve ever had them! i think her name was emily. i’m just disappointed with the price to quality ratio. i think there are better nail salons with better customer service for sure. the salon is also very small. overall my nails don’t look horrible, but i won’t be coming back.

Paid $65 for a toe infection, it’s been three days since I got the pedi. I don’t recommend.

Wow this nail shop rocks !!! They do amazing work . Amy is the best she is so talented. I have worn long nails 💅 for about 25 years . I started coming to them After I decided to change shops after going the same one for 13 years she does a excellent job . I highly recommend her for long nails . 🤩💅👍😊
