I had my appointment scheduled and she was kind enough to send me a reminder text. I wanted something a little shorter and brighter. She was super sweet and was great about nail designs. The nails are thin and tough, couldn’t have asked for better at such a good price. They look amazing and were done right within an hour.

Always very accommodating and friendly. I’ve never walked out disappointed in my manicures or pedicures. They’re always immaculate, and nothing ever feels rushed. This is by far my favorite nail spa in Rochester!

I’m a little upset because this is usually my favorite nail place, I went in to get some gel on my nails and just wanted help getting them shaped. I felt that I was being rushed and every time I would say they are un even she would file them shorter making them look even worse. I had my nails pretty nicely shaped coming in, and came out with them super short and shaped very poorly. I repeated multiple times I just wanted them the square shape. disappointed.

I highly recommend this nail salon, I’m extremely picky about my nails and who does them. Diane was amazing, this is my new go to Nail Salon in Rochester PERIOD! Customer service was amazing, they are inviting, warm and welcoming. I’ll be going back! They have SOO MANY COLORS AS WELL!
