I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this experience was frustrating. Me and my sister went in for pedicures and the ladies were super nice. I guess I had an ingrown toenail I wasn’t aware of (it wasn’t bothering me) but she pulled it and cut it out of my skin which hurt and she must have cut more skin than nail because it would not stop bleeding. She stuffed cotton in the side of my nail so she could finish and paint. Which is a disaster looking at the nail now. I was disappointed so I paid and left. But walking out to the car put pressure on it so it bleed all over my leather sandals.
My sisters pedicure was good. She finished before me but what was most concerning to me was that they didn’t take the instruments they used to cut nails and such to be disinfected she just washed them with soap in the sink next to us and then stuck the tops in a jar of alcohol she had used on my sisters feet. That was horrifying because here I am with an open cut from her cutting my skin and seeing that they don’t use sterile instruments was so upsetting. We definitely will not be back and sadly would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Mother daughter time was amazing today! We felt pampered, our technicians were very skilled, and took their time to assure they did their best. We highly recommend ND Nails.

Great experience, the artists were fantastic, kind and great to talk to! the nails looked great and the prices were absolutely wonderful and my nails are holding up. Will absolutely be going back with my sisters next time.
