My daughters just had their nails done here, which I personally recommended, I’ve always had great service there in the past, for a variety of things, usually pedicures, full SNS sets and my eyebrows and lashes tinted. Her set was also a scheduled appointment, and she waited 40 minutes past her appointment time just to get started. However, my daughters came home, and their nails were NOT quality work. Their SNS sets weren’t SNS at all, they literally glued and shellacked their nail tips on, then basically gel polished them. There was NO SNS dip powder, or even acrylic powder done to their nails. It was further obvious that SAME night, when she broke a nail off accidentally bumping it against something. The same day of service? That should never happen. 170$, 150$ with tip for a set of press on nails. That is not only unprofessional, it is also ripping someone off. I am very unhappy with their service, and I will not be going back as well. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund.

I’ve been to Navi a few times and it’s been fine in the past, but this latest time I was disappointed with the quality of the manicure. I booked a French tip gel mani and almost every nail was filed and painted crooked. (You can see it especially in the pointer and middle finger nails) I had to continuously correct the nail tech and ask her to even out the painted tip. Also, since my appointment 3 days ago, I’ve developed a cuticle infection on a few fingers so I’m not sure how clean their tools are being kept. I’ve had different experiences here based on the nail tech but will think again on going back based on this latest time.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I wound up doing the deluxe pedicure, which was totally worth it. The staff is extremely attentive and we’re great at anticipating needs. Example- I had my nails wrapped, and they immediately sought out and brought me a stylus to make it easier for me to use my phone! It’s the little things that can make a huge difference. The atmosphere was extremely clean and organized- great lighting and fresh flowers, etc. Bonus points for having online scheduling, which made it really easy and convenient for this busy mom to reserve an appointment. Highly recommend!

Been coming here a year before the pandemic in late 2018 and all of 2019 through late 2021 and always got excellent service here but I unfortunately don’t come here anymore and go to the Spa Retreat for a pedicure since that is more one on one, and here I don’t like other people watching me. I have social anxiety and even at slow times it makes me uncomfortable as a man getting a pedicure in front of an audience. Still I got excellent service here and would give 4.5 stars if possible and prices are very nice and low and my mom still comes here. I only recommend if possible they do one on one services and not have a big audience of people, but that isn’t their fault. This is a very good business and the owner Christina always made me feel welcome and not uncomfortable. I would come here in the future but just at a very slow time. 🙂

Do not patronize this place. I made 2 online appointments. One on 3/22/24 with Nikole. She wasn’t there. Jenny did my nails. Booked online appointment on 3/27/24 for pedicure with Kim. Get there she wasn’t there. The guy who NEVER once checked the book or online says, Kim not here. I said l have an appointment. He says we busy, l can reschedule you. When you book online an email is sent plus a reminder. If Kim wasn’t going to be there she should’ve sent an email 24hrs prior to state that. Navi nails can go straight to hell! They don’t know how to run a business.
