I had a great experience. I booked an appointment online on a whim and very glad I did. Ruby did my nails and she is so sweet and detail-oriented. She did a gorgeous job.

Another girl did my toes, I didn’t catch her name, but she was also very sweet and did a fantastic job. She checked to make sure everything was to my specifications multiple times and I really appreciated that.

Both girls were very relaxed and not rushed at l which I liked. I was there for a long time which I didn’t mind as it is a very relaxing space. I think some others have mentioned that it is a higher price than typical spots in the area. But I think the services here are above average and the products they use are excellent too. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone at Naturela should give themselves a round of applause. The customer service, attention to detail, expertise, and experience I received here were world-class. I was greeted by the lady at the desk, who was soon joined by someone I assumed to be the owner. I never caught their names, but they were very kind and willing to accommodate my crazy request: a pedicure in less than half an hour. Monika stepped in and took on the task, handling my feet like a true professional. I couldn’t believe how good of a job she did, especially considering the time crunch, but she exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated that they offered a refreshment while I got my feet done—that was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely stop by the next time I’m in the neighborhood and need another pedicure—hopefully without the crazy time crunch, haha.

Not to mention this place is so serene from the music to the plants, every detail is so special and really makes a difference to the whole experience.

So I came here twice! First time, I was actually disappointed in the gel mani but gel pedi was fine. I emailed them and they resolved it not only immediately but wow, my nails have not looked this good in a while. Both times I went, I overheard customers who were clearly coming back again praising the salon to the nail techs/artists. I understand their amazement!

They stand behind their quality, and the customer service both times were above and beyond.

Definitely my new go to. Thank you guys so much! I got a gel mani and gel pedi both times for reference.

I LOVE that when you walk in it doesn’t smell like chemicals, the decor is nice and inviting and they offer you tea and water. However the nails I get are hit or miss. I don’t think all of the nail techs are very skilled and I hope they get more training.

Unfortunately also got a dip set that didn’t last a week before chipping. I would stick to regular and gel here.
