I don’t generally leave reviews on places, but the service I was provided here has left me very unsatisfied. The people were friendly and the place was very nice and clean. While there I said I was happy because I didn’t want to hurt any feelings. I was coming in for a full acrylic set, I wanted coffin shape black nails as I had shown the tech with a picture. I sat down and we began. Everything was wonderful but as the service continued I kept looking at my nails realizing I am not getting coffin and they’re really thin compared to other times I get my nails done. My cuticle was cut on my right hand middle finger and the French tip of some of my nails was not as well done as I have had in the past. Once everything was finished, I paid my bill and left. It has been 2 days since I got them done and the French tip nails on both hands have a sticky, gooey feeling to them and they are chipping at the black paint, I have not done anything with my hands that would cause this to happen. I unfortunately will not be going back for any other services.

The people were friendly and the place was very nice and clean. It deeply saddens me to have to rate this nail spot a 1. I initially gave them a 5 star when I was in the store because I didn’t want to hurt any feelings. I was coming in for a full acrylic gel manicure, I wanted coffin shape medium length black nails with a spider web in the lower corners of one nail on my left and right hand. I sat down and she started- everything was wonderful but as the service continued I kept looking at my nails realizing I am not getting coffin and they’re thick and longer than I wanted even tho I had her cut them shorter after she first cut them. And my boyfriend was with me and he kept asking if I liked them and I would smile and nod
*meanwhile he can see my face and I keep checking my nails.* My cuticle was cut on my left hand middle finger and I oped out of the spider web due to how bad I thought my nails were already I didn’t want to pay more for designs I knew weren’t gonna help. My boyfriend tipped her $20 for her time and efforts and we thanked her, I paid my bill and left. I don’t think I’ll be coming back my nails look about a weeks worth of growth due to the polish not being fully over the nail.
*And a little update I got my nails redone at The Nail spot and I linked a picture of my updated nails and how they should’ve been shaped.*

I recently tried Natural Nails & Lashes and both times I’ve had my acrylic fill with Vanna, she does such a great job with the shape of my nails and her polishing skills are amazing. Vanna gives me the perfect nails every time. The salon customer service is algo good, definitely making this my new favorite spot.
