Natural Nails

I usually come here all the time to get my nails and feet done but after today im over it. I asked the guy who did my nails if he could fix them he said it was too late to fix them. These dont even look like french tips. This looks half done. Some of my nails are crooked not even perfect square.

I got my nails done they are nice but I wanted a little longer with coffin shape but since they were still cute I let it go. When I came in the door she told me it was $35 for nails and $10 for toes When I sat in the chair he started to do my nails first he ask how long did I want them I said I wanted coffin shape and long it not to long. Then I showed him a picture of the color and the nail length he said ok its $45. I said $45 he said yeah nail and toe everything $45 I said ok fine. He finishes nails and transfer me to a lady to complete toes I chose 2 colors blue for hand and lemon for toes he uses the blue for hand and gives her the lemon for toes. After she finishes my toes she says $50. I was like $50 what the guy told me $45 for everything and we go back and forth she then says your nails are $35 plus $5 for coffin $40 then toes are $10. If that was the then where did he get $45 from for nails if before I got coffin they were 35 plus 5 is $40 he never said $40 for nails nor did he say $50 for everything he said $45 for everything. When I presented to her attention she says he thought you only wanted nails that’s why he said $45 which still does not make since. She says yeah normal price is $45 she says not it’s the length my nails are not long at all. They just lost a customer all because they wanted to get a extra buck or because the guy didn’t want to admit what he said. Plus they not even really coffin.

Place was empty. Lady tried to chatge me $20 just to take off the gel on my nails. And $15 to take off the gel on my toes. I told her I might as well get a refill. She then charged me $42 for a gel refill. My nails came out sloppy and started chipping the same day ! I got a regular manicure with my real nails and the polish is all outside my cuticle.. they didnt remove the design prior and u can see the old polush from my last design still.

I had no time to complain. I will just never be back.. you were warned!

Kim the owner is very nice lady. She makes you feel welcome. She addresses each person by name. Service is great. Never had a problem. I been a customer over 10yrs.

First and last time coming to this place. Charged $80 for to paint a 4yr old and 7yr old toes and finger nails with gel polish, no manicure or pedicure, just painting the nails. They charge $18 on top of their service charge for gel, most shops charge $15. Then the lady charge $20 just to remove acrylic from my nails. I got a pedicure and paid $48 ($30 + $18) and the lady had paint all on my big toe. I still gave her a tip because she was very nice about fixing it. We only came here because it was nearby but I’ll stick with The Shark Nails Bar in Lithonia.
