We have gone to this place several times, but today will be our last. My sister and I together paid almost 250 for nails and pedicures. My feet are rougher than when I went in. I also hVw polish on my skin around my toes.
My toes and nail polish are not even close to the same color. They attempted to paint over my dip color to make them look closer in color to my toes and it’s horrible. I have pink toes and burgundy nails . I asked for her to shape them more round and she said she would and mine are completely square . My sisters nails look even worse than mine . Hers are wider at the tips and crooked. I normally don’t complain much about my nails, but we are leaving for vacation in 2 days and don’t have time to do them over.

I will start off Muskogee already does not have a lot nails salon first so if you don’t travel to Tulsa regularly, you have too choose which one is the least rude but I grew up here and it’s disappointing, sadly all the shops are like this depending on who you are. Yesterday I went to get a French tip/ chrome set. Mind you I waited for weeks to get my nails done by this young man with the forearm color tattoo that usually wears baseball caps bc he has done a nice job on my nails twice before and was the reason I gave this shop another chance after years I had stop going to due to rude behavior and horrible customer service. I came in around 6pm I seen the young man that had done my nails before they had ask me to go to someone else, I ask politely could he be the one to do my nails bc I like the set he has done before , they said sure no problem, then the look and attitude this young man gave me when I walk up to his chair was so inappropriate, a paying customer praising your work and I get this reaction. He was on his phone when I walk up no worries but then he huff and puff and smack his lips with annoyance, and as the process of sitting down to start getting my nails done by him he reluctantly start putting his face mask on half way on I stop everything bc I am paying customer came in with respect and kindness and a smile and he’s doing this, at this time it was a lady in the chair getting her nails done in the pedicure chair and the rest of the nail techs beside me so they were not busy at this time. I said to the owners wife and other nail techs if he busy or do not want to do my nails that’s fine I will go to the first nail tech they ask me to go to. He ripped out his mask and with his hands shoot me away to leave to go the other nail tech. At that moment I decided this will be my last time getting any service at this nail salon. I did get my nails by another nail tech she tired to talk to me
And ask if I was okay I said yes just to get through the process for the won’t get even more upset and do a rush job on my nails , she tired to say nice things in between but the young man interaction with me kill my whole mood where even the lady kept asking if I was okay and saying “what’s wrong most people are happy when getting their nails done” but all of the nail techs seen the interaction including the other customer getting her feet and nails done too and no one bat a eye to his rude behavior towards me. I was charge $85 for a French tip with the a diamond stud on each finger. They never told me the initial price for the full set French tip. I was charge $15 for chrome, and then $20 to have stones each finger my total was $85.74 even after all of the horrible treatment I still tip the nail tech the percentage they have on the register that was $12.74. Mind you they do not have a sign when you first walk in to let you know all their prices you have to ask upfront because they would not tell you until you’re at the end are about done with your nails but I’m pretty sure they have a pamphlet that has the prices but the pamphlets were not out for you to just grab to read yourself. When I was checking out at the register, I told her in the most respectful and professional way that that young man needs to be more kinder to the customers we are paying customers we come here to relax enjoy not to be treated less than or like a peasant and the sad thing about all of this the two times I have got my nails done by him the young guy with the arm tattoo color yellow red blue on his sleeve. I have always tipped him $20 on top of my nails already being $100 plus when I have came to get my nails done by them. $20 might not be much to other people but that was my way of showing my appreciation for him doing a great job and 45 minutes later another woman comes in to the nail salon and the treatment is totally the opposite warm smiles and greetings. Then the next customer comes in and the owners wife asked a young boy to do that ladies nails. He looks up at her shook his head back-and-forth says no. So I’m back to going to Tulsa.

They did a wonderful job. They didn’t take long and the did the art work perfectly. Couldn’t be more happier

I really love my nails, i dont have anything to complain about it. It’s gorgeously designed by the young man.im satisfied with his service so I always ask him to do my nails. My friends asked about where I got my nails done and I suggested it here.i love ittttt

Had an awesome manicure at Natural Nails. The man who did the nails did a better job than the picture I showed him. What a great way to start the holidays!!
