When I called about this you basically said it didn’t work the first time and you had to redo it. How is this her fault? My other daughter was in last week and it was $100 for a full highlight and color. So you didn’t do this one correctly and charged her almost twice. Eight year old girl saved her money for months for this and you stuck it to her. Congratulations
