The owner/manager can be polite at times, other times not so much. The service is always acceptable but it is nothing special, and when they are rushed or tired at the end of the day, service occasionally suffers. I go here to relax and give myself a little treat, and that is usually the case. I never have polish on my fingernails, just a manicure, but the price is the same as if I had gel or whatever, so that seems unfair. But,

Nancy’s is now the only place I’ll go. This was my third time, and each pedicure has been perfect. The gals are so sweet & take their time versus rushing you through like other salons. Please go support this wonderful business.

5 stars for Nancy’s Nails!!!!!! Nancy, Laura, Kathy too!!! They are EXPERTS at foot care!! The area where I have ingrown nail at is sensitive. And Kathy worked her skills!!! Made the whole area look as smooth as can be!!! I never even felt one thing!! Wow!!😊😊😊👍👍👍 I’m a customer for life. Thank you Nancy’s Nails!!!!

The absolute worst nails I’ve ever had in my life. I could do a better job with my left hand. She ripped my previous nail set off making me bleed and absolutely trashed my real nails! I honestly feel like she was trying to do an awful job because she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t want repeat clients. The nails were lumpy, the shape was inconsistent and hideous, the color was applied like trash… I could go on and on. Looked like ugly witch nails. I was so humiliated by how ugly they were, I immediately went somewhere else to have them redone! There is not one good thing about my nails or the service given. These ladies hate their jobs, take no pride in their work, and certainly don’t care about clients. I just wanted to get the heck out of there…I tipped her well because I don’t see this business being open much longer but I find it humerous I paid for a service that appeared like a child did it. So unprofessional.

My first time at Nancy’s and I felt very much at home and the environment was so tranquil. Cathy and Nancy were so kind, from making the appointment to during and after the appointmen . Everything seems clean, kept and organized. They were meticulous and didn’t rush anything. I enjoyed also, that they used the UV light for dip powder. Cathy was so gentle and careful, I almost immediately fell asleep, even while old nails were being dremeled. Overall, a great first experience and I cannot wait for further one’s.
