If I could give them zero stars I would. I went for a pedicure only. While I was getting my pedicure done she worked on 2 other clients at the same time. Mid appointment she had the nerve to pressure me to get additional services done (this is not the first time this has happened at this establishment). She kept pressing on me to get the highest tier manicure. Once I unfortunately agreed to the basic manicure all the sudden she changes her tune and acts all friendly. She didn’t complete my full pedicure because she was too busy working on other people and hastily doing my pathetic, painful manicure at the same time. My nail still hurts the day after. Her only priority was to make as much money as she could. I had to put on my own shoes when I was ready to leave & of course it messed up my manicure.

I complained and was told I would be getting a full refund plus a gift card (which is completely useless). They did not honor that and had me sign a receipt for only half of the full amount. I questioned this so he showed me the voided receipt to make it look like I got a full refund. They are an untrustworthy, deceiving business! I will never go back!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I moved to the area a few years ago and visited quite a few nail salons before stop looking for another salon. Powder manicure from the other nail salons only last for two weeks or so. The service from Nailtique last five to six week. It is tremendous time saving.

Wooo-hop.. I finally found my favorite nail place that provides long lasting nails. Stuff is friendly, prices are reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the kind employees. After going to many salons in the area, nailtique is hands down the best. Samantha does my dip manicure and her attention to detail is unmatched. Henry gives the best pedicure I’ve ever had. So kind and perfect combination of a relaxing but also effective pedicure. They are all wonderful!
