I had an amazing experience with Mai! She was amazing. I called and the boss told me they were closing but were able to take me last min. I really appreciate them taking me last min. That’s also with a really great experienced nail technician. She took her time and listened to what I would like and advised me on what I should do with my nails. I recommend everyone go to get nails done at nailtique with Mai! I definitely will be going back again.

I typically avoid writing negative reviews for businesses because I understand that everyone can have a bad day in their professional life. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with this salon, as I have given them multiple chances to rectify their mistakes, but unfortunately, they have failed to do so.
One of the main issues I encountered was the excessive wait time, regardless of whether I had booked an appointment in advance or not. It seemed that they did not value my time at all and were only focused on receiving payment in cash or via Venmo.
Furthermore, the quality of their services was inconsistent, depending on sheer luck on any given day. There was no guarantee that I would receive what I had asked for. As evidenced by the attached photos, my gel pedicure and manicure started deteriorating within just a week. I immediately contacted the management to express my disappointment and concern, and they assured me that they would rectify the situation once the nail technician returned from her trip to Vegas. However, when I tried to schedule another appointment, they conveniently avoided fulfilling their promise.
To summarize, if you happen to have extra time and money to spare, this salon might not pose a significant issue. However, I personally cannot recommend it based on my experiences and the lack of accountability displayed by their staff.
If you’re considering a new salon, it may be worth exploring other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide consistent and quality services.

Every time I visit here, it’s an incredible experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years. The people are wonderful, and the work they provide is of top-notch quality!

Great job by Anna- From 12/9 until now, 1/25 my nails lasted and stayed smooth and I do dishes by hand. Definitely ask for Anna. She was gently especially with that cylinder nail file which I do not like as my name are thin anyway. So I did not feel a burn at all. First picture is the 12/9 and 2nd is 1/25 – my nails actually grew a lot faster than normal as they put a special nail fortifier before starting. Also my nails stayed smooth even on the bottom from cuticle.

i would not recommend this place. i asked the lady to do ombré nails. she did two nails and they looked TERRIBLE so i made her change and just do a solid color. i wish she would I have just told me that she cannot do ombré. then I choose a color that I wanted and it was unavailable they were all out of the color I wanted so I was stuck choosing this ugly pink. Today I got my nails done and my nails already chipping I paid $107 for gel pedicure and gel manicure with acrylics this is a $50 job this place is overpriced for their work and to top it off she took almost 2 hours to do my nails. I personally don’t even want to go back for her to fix them they also Made my nails super thick they look ugly Time to go spend another hundred bucks on my nails!! NEVER AGAIN
