If I could give negative stars I would. This was the most horrific pedicure I have ever had. I came in with Gel polish on my nails and the older gentleman used the drill so aggressively to get the gel off of my nails. I shouted several times that he was hurting me, he continued to take the gel off, no apologies. If I did not have my young niece with me I would have left immediately but I did not want to cause more of a scene.
To add to this the color itself was poorly put on, my nails are uneven, and are now sore from being ground down to audible pain. I have never experienced anything like this. I would NOT ever recommend you come here for any service.
While waiting for my botch job to dry I started to notice how disgusting and dirty the floor boards and walls were. I am extremely disappointed.
Overall horrible experience, will not be returning, and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Got a pedicure done less than a week and they are chipped already. The lady coughed non stop, she wore a mask during the service but kept touching it and when removed didn’t know how to cover her mouth. It was disgusting. I was completely over charged for the quality of service I received and I even paid for an “ upgraded “ pedi. She didn’t even use cuticle cream or push my cuticles ! No foot massage only rubbed lotion on my legs. I think I paid $45 or $50.

The one star is not for the actual service but for the predatory pricing. We took my mom for a Mother’s Day pedicure and chose the $45 option. When picking out polish the polish samples were not marked with differentiating pricing. We chose a color and proceeded to have our pedicures. At the end we were each charge $75 because the polish was an additional $30. We were able to pay but for those who may be budgeting differently and may only come with enough for the posted service, this could be extremely problematic . Definitely predatory pricing and business practices. We will not be returning.

Vincent was so stinking personable AND professional. He has a beautiful heart that flows into his business philosophy. Oh! And he did an amazing job on my nails!!!

Definitely not very pleased with the services. I had my nails done and not even a week later they broke off/put a crack in my nails. I go to get them fixed and the guy is very rude and didn’t even try to soak the broken nail off. He just went over the top of them. They looked terrible. Someone else comes to do my nails, and these are even cracking next day and are not even. Never again.
