The service and atmosphere is great and the technicians and front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my (regular, not gel) nail polish started chipping the day after my appointment despite me treating them gently. I’m bummed because I got them done for vacation and was hoping they would at least last the week without chipping. Not worth the ~$30-40 I paid. My friend also got a manicure and her nails have not chipped, so I’m guessing that some of the nail polishes are lower quality than others.

Just had a really wonderful experience at this new salon! I heard great reviews about the other nailsaloon locations from friends so I was eager to try out their newest location closer to me. From the minute I walked in the door to leaving, staff were friendly and attentive. Jennifer did a wonderful job on my manicure, but truly a stellar job on my pedicure. I have damaged toenails from an accident and she was so incredibly gentle while getting what I needed done (a good cleanup of my cuticles—a process that has been painful at other salons and I’ve felt embarrassed the way they look).
This salon is very clean, and the nail techs made sure with every customer that they saw fresh tools were being used on them. The free coffee/wine/sparkling water is just an added plus. Will definitely be returning!

Stopped in without an appointment on a busy afternoon and nailsaloon was able to accommodate. The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. I really appreciate the emphasis on both friendly customer service (including a free beverage menu offering mimosas, coffee, juice, tea, and wine) and clean efficient services. By far the most relaxing nail salon I’ve visited in DC.

True lux experience !! I came here with my mom for a mani pedi and lived every second. They treat you like royalty from the second you walk in. The place itself is adorable, clean and welcoming. The massage they give you with the mani pedi is also unreal they do such a good job. Highly recommend!!

Sarra did a great job with my gel manicure. The space is gorgeous, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and felt very sanitary. The complimentary wine was lovely for a Friday afternoon appointment.
