Nails Unlimited

New to Alabama. Got a manicure and dip on natural nails. Two weeks later came back for a refill. I had asked to get new dip, but was assured a refill would sufficient. Ten days later returned because I saw dark green spot under 4 of my nails. Fungus, Fungus, Fungus. Dissapointed I just had them remove the dip. In my 30 years getting my nails done, never got got fungus on my nails. They also charged me 15$ to remove dip, something I feel they caused due to not sterilizing or using fresh products on my nails. Disappointing. They never even suggested a treatment plan for the nail fungus, I had to Google the info myself. Looks like I will be maintaining my own manicure from this point on.

They did such a great job! I feel like this place is so underrated. Came in on a Saturday around 4 pm and there was no wait, got SNS Dip Powder and the shaping and technique was amazing. I was in and out in 40 minutes which was incredible for how good my nails looked. It’s no frills, good prices and very quick! Will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Everything was great the
product was good lots of gems and designs to choose from and they’re really not that expensive. This is my first time coming today the first tech that I went to the man with no glasses, I showed him the picture of what I wanted which was clear nails with diamonds all over them, he literally laughed in my face then spoke in his language to another employee. He then told me to go see the women tech at station two. Then the women at station two, we talk about what I was wanting before we did anything else showed pics and the first man with no glasses he also never let me look at the diamonds box when I asked just ignored but she did so love the product love the place but the techs or at least the two I had interaction with wasn’t good one was disrespectful the other needs to take another nail tech class when it comes to gluing objects on acrylic nails and for the woman she put different sets of diamonds on my middle finger on each hand I asked her why my two middle fingers didn’t match with the on middle finger and on my left hand u put a broken diamonds. Her response was, I know, but I want to do something different, so I said. Well they my nails I’m paying for them and I want each hand to be identical each other so she pulls the diamonds off that one nail mind you this is the third time I’ve had to say something I look down and for a third time she’s putting a different set of diamonds on my middle finger then what’s on my middle finger on my left hans she did not take no for an answer. She was gonna do it she wanted to do. I asked her why wouldn’t she tell me that she didn’t have enough diamonds for both nails on each hand she pig the diamond in the first is for the middle finger so straight up faster after about the second third time love the place everything

Poor customer service. I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the nail shop. Despite calling in advance to ensure there would be no wait, I was left waiting in the water while the employee laughed on the phone for a significant amount of time, showing a lack of professionalism. She didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence or inform me that she was on an important call. But once I decided to leave she then acknowledged me and said that was her husband. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Staff was friendly. Nail tech did a great job, he was very quiet however. Great service. I love my nails. I’ll be back!💕
