These are my real nails and all I wanted was a overlay and French. Paid $5 extra for French and it was very sloppy and uneven. Not the first time the quality was bad but I tried again just to see if it would be better. The pictures say it all. Looks like my 8 year old did it. And then when I wanted my $5 back with just plain gel color because obviously they can’t do French. I was given lots of attitude. Do not recommend and customer service is poor.

The worst place to get done your nails. I went for manicure. They ruined my nail shape completely. Now the nails are different to one another and some crooked. And the person who did my nails cut my cuticles too deep till I bleed and when I told him to stop he said it’s ok and tried to continue. And I noticed they don’t sanitize their tools. He used a tools he took out of a drawer and after he finished he just put them in to the same drawer. Used the same towel that they used for many others. People might be friendly but it’s useless without the proper service.

I’ve been here multiple times in the last four months because I wanted to give it a shot. I’ve gotten two pedicures here. One gel and one with nothing just a removal and I wanted my natural nails to just breathe for a moment. However, everytime I get my toes done here on both feet now I’ve gotta an infection following them pulling out whatever it is they pull in pedicures. They dig deep and I love when they do because I feel like I’m getting a good clean or a real pedicure but sometimes it’s super painful and then the next day I look at my toe and it’s purple and enlarged. I don’t know if it’s an ingrown now or not. Their customer service is good. They’re very accommodating. I wish this didn’t happen otherwise I would stay with them.

Paul absolutely killed it! I love my nails so much, usually when i go to nail salons they don’t do a very good job, but the color & the shape everything is perfect i didn’t have an appointment I walked in and only waited for about 15 min and they finished pretty fast i got regular color and the quality felt like gel
