Two stars because they were attentive when I arrived and I didn’t have to wait. The lady I got was pretty bad. She was unfriendly and forceful, I told her she was burning my finger twice, she nailed my cuticle and made it bleed, then sprayed alcohol in the open cut, the busier the place got the more she started to rush. My nails look trashed. They pretty much ask for a cash tip just for walking in the door. The atmosphere is friendly but damn.

If you go here make sure you ask for Jenny! I had a pretty bad experience with another nail tech and thankfully Jenny turned it around.
I asked for coffin shaped nails with my original tech and she said okay. When she was done shaping they were thick square so I showed her a picture of coffin shape. She then tried to make my pinky nail (shown below) coffin and made one side diagonal and the other straight. I asked her to even it out and she told me “I was being too picky” and that she “tried her best” but couldn’t do coffin shape and made a big scene talking to her coworkers. I can appreciate that she tried but telling me I’m being too picky for asking for my nails to be even and a common shape is beyond rude. Jenny came to take over and within minutes was able to make my nails coffin shape! They ended up being decent. Their prices are good but the service isn’t the best. Just make sure you have a tech there that you like!

I really wanted to like this nail salon and make it my regular go-to, but I was unfortunately disappointed by the outcome. I got dip on my nails and was very specific about what I wanted. My nail tech was nice but went very quick and did not touch or trim my cuticles even though I asked several times and she put the thinnest dip layer I have ever had to the point that you can see my real nails through it and it’s bright pink. At the cuticle area of the dip, it has already become sharp and has been catching on my hair like it usually does after 3-4 weeks when I need them done again. I got them done 3 days ago and will have to get them done again in about a week with how badly they were done. I hate to complain but when my tech demanded a cash tip and seemed mad when I tipped on card after she didn’t do a very good job, I had to say something so others don’t have the same experience. I am hoping to go one more time and ask for a better tech and let that ultimately make my decision of whether or not I will stay a customer in the future.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over ten years. I’ve seen everyone. I even helped the owner/manager with phones, last time I was there and they were down. I know they sometimes tell you to take a seat when you will provably still wait 15 min. I expect that anywhere . Today was different but perhaps it’s because the owner/manager wasn’t there like he normally is. After today’s experience I will probably not go back. I walked in for a mani pedi and was told to go pick a color and sit in a chair. A woman came and started my pedicure. About five minutes in, after she cut my nails but before she could even ask which pedicure I wanted, an older woman walked in and informed my nail tech that she had an appointment and wanted the tech to stop my pedicure, find someone else to finish me, and do hers. The nail tech told her she was busy and would be with her in 20 min. The woman was unhappy as no one was able to start hers immediately. The tech told me I would still have a full pedicure and I assumed I would be given the menu to pick the one I wanted, as they always do. However, the tech proceeded to rush through mine and finished less than five minutes later. I was only given one coat of paint and my heals were still rough. I wasn’t given the options to pick which pedi I wanted. My toes were just painted and I was rushed to an empty manicure table and told to wait for someone else. I looked around and no one was close to being ready. My toes were already smudged from the rushed exit. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman looked around for a few seconds and told me there wasn’t one there but one would be there later. I’m not sure if that’s true but I decided to pay for the basic pedicure and leave. It wasn’t even a basic pedicure. I wasted my time. I have to go somewhere else for a manicure and to fix my pedicure. I was treated very badly. She shouldn’t have started doing mine if she had an appointment at the same time. She should have given me the full services she started. There are several other nail salons in Lowry. I’ll try those. Hopefully they’ll treat me a little better. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared to be rushed in and out and treated badly.

I went in for my first eyebrow wax at this location. I provided a well lit and clear picture of myself with freshly done eyebrows as a reference (this current profile picture!). She waxed and rewaxed and waxed them again—I left with two completely different shaped and sized eyebrows, even after explaining again and again, and again via translate app, that one of my brows was differently shaped and that it had no arch. My eyebrow area is sore are they and mismatched. Completely dissatisfied. Will never go back again.
