I thought I found the perfect nail salon. I was ignored, and overlooked. 3 people came in after me and was served before me. NEVER once was I told if they had an appointment or not. I was the only person waiting. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. I really liked this place… I went to them regularly but today they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Went here with my daughter for mother and daughter time. The lady I had was nice but my pedicure was rushed. The lady who did my daughter nail looked at my daughter weird. And rushed on her pedicure as well. Never experienced a pedicure like this. Do not recommend this nail place at all. Will not be returning.

Jessina is the absolute best nail tech! I call and make an appointment and I have never had to wait once (unless I arrived before my scheduled appointment). She has done wonders on my cuticles since my first visit to now. My nails have never broken once or chipped since switching to Jessina. I go an average of 8+ weeks between fill ins (don’t judge, I know that is about time) lol!!

I called and asked if they do walk-ins, they said yes. When I arrived, they said that the person who could do my nails would not be there for 35 to 45 minutes. I was being proactive in my call due to using a walkerThey could have saved me the drive.
