I’ve been taking my dogs here for a few years and I’ve been a loyal customer but today unfortunately will be my last I usually don’t leave reviews but after the treatment I got today I feel like other people should know how the owner treats people. I went to pick up my dog and usually I get her hair pretty short and when I went to pick her up I noticed her hair was longer than normal so I mentioned it to her and she immediately gave me attitude and said “You are still paying for the service!” mind you I never said I wasn’t. I was completely uncomfortable after that I just had to get out of there so I paid and left and that will be the last time I ever go. I love to support small businesses but not if the owner is rude to their customers. Also the cut she did wasn’t as good as normal the face was very choppy.

I just got off the phone with the owner, she was yelling profanities at me, I have an audio recording of her conversation with my mother earlier today dropping the f-bomb and just cussing her out. she didn’t accurately groom my pets the way that I had asked her, the first time was a good experience however when we brought up the fact that the haircut wasn’t correct she immediately started the attack saying that she doesn’t care what it looks like and that it doesn’t matter and to just take my animals elsewhere into f off. I have the audio recording so if they respond and deny this I will be posting it in the local groups. do not take your pets here unless you want a bad experience. I usually don’t write reviews, especially when they are negative, but they deserve negative five stars. I am appalled to be disrespected and talked to the way that the owner has. it was completely unprofessional and I don’t appreciate profanities yelled at me through the phone.

Two groomers came to my house today to remove some tangles from my Ragdoll’s coat. They were very caring and very professional. Nice job with Tabitha. And reasonably priced. I will use their service regularly.

This was literally the worst grooming experience i’ve ever had in my life. For $65 that I shouldn’t have paid my cat got shaved splotchy and way too short to where her skin is raw and pink. This was so sad and upsetting, when I brought attention to it and asked the worker she acted completely oblivious and said that it was just “the lighting” not an open wound. That’s bull and i’ve never been more dissatisfied with something. Here’s a picture for reference where you can clearly tell it’s not “the lighting”:)! I hope this will save someone else’s cat.

They took fantastic care of all 5 of my pups. The de-shed is a lifesaver and my little scruffy guy came home with the cutest haircut ever. Even my big baby who’s terrified of nail trims came home with a full mani/pedi with no issues. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
