Horrible. Absolutely terrible. Man working on my nails was very rough sliced open 6 out of my ten fingers. Showed a picture of the design which was a simple thin white french tip on oval almond nails. just horrible, left acrylic powder DRIED on all my fingers. the “french tip” takes up hang of my nails and none even remotely look the same. the nails are quite long as well and they are lopsided and chunky. for the nails to be as long as they are for half of the french tip to take up half and over of my nails is disgusting. find a place with better experienced techs, it’s not worth it

I would not recommend this place. I know it’s like the only salon around the area but it’s horrible. You’re better off driving to saraland even. I saw reviews but since most were years old I figured I would give them a chance. Well I learned the hard way. I went in and a lady came to do my nails. She got on the phone as soon as she started walking toward me. She was on the phone the WHOLE time. Non stop conversation in their language. She was so distracted with her stupid phone she wasn’t listening when I told her she was hurting me. She cut 5 of my cuticles and then cut the tip of my index finger by scraping it with the nail file. Absolutely ridiculous. My old salon they would speak to each other in their language but always still spoke English to all customers and made you felt welcome. They knew everyone and it was a welcoming nice atmosphere but not this place. The only time the lady spoke was to ask what color I wanted. Here’s the big kicker too. I saw reviews about how they messed up polish and can’t do designs so I said since I’m going on vacation I’m gonna do just a natural look. I showed the lady 3 pics of what I basically wanted and she couldn’t even do it. My nails were so see through. Like I picked the simplest thing and she did it wrong so I had to ask for her to put a coat of like opal color over the already slow drying polish just so it wasn’t completely transparent. I sat for 30 mins waiting on them to dry. I have never had such a horrible experience. I also told her 3 times I wanted them short. I even pointed to where to cut them and she ignored me so they are longer than what I wanted as well. $28 for a full set it decent price (my old salon charges 40 now since it’s new owners)but the final product and service make it not even worth $28. Do not visit this place if you want a good experience with friendly staff. I’ll be going back to my normal salon next time. This place is horrible and an absolute joke.

First off one of the men working on my nails was very rough with my cuticles and with the drill, hitting my cuticle meat on every finger. Luckily only my thumb was the only finger badly hurt but I cannot say the same for the friend that came with me. Every cuticle on her fingers bled and afterward were very inflamed (pictures are of her nails). They never sterilized the drill bits so that makes the process very unsanitary. Second of all I specifically asked the nail tech not you cut my ingrown out my toes because they are not pediatrist and I am already very uncomfortable with people around my feet. Aside from that the first older lady working on my feet did a phenomenal job and was very gental but when it came time to do gel another lady went to do it. She heard me say no but continued to cut my ingrown a put despite me saying that it made me uncomfortable and in that instance she did not even flinch or look up at me or apologize. Worst experience I have ever had and I have never said anything to my nail techs but I did this time. Thirdly it was a very hot atmosphere. I hope this helps future individuals to know where not to go.

Got my real nails painted last week with gel polish and it wasn’t a week before the gel started to peel off. The gel polish didn’t cover my nails that good you could still see my nails.
Very disappointed.

They did great on my nails and we’re very nice. They do not have tanning so don’t let the name fool you. My polish turned out great with no faults as far as I can tell. Prices aren’t too bad. They do offer body and neck massages for a good price. The place seemed pretty clean. I would go again.
