Found this shop by chance after moving to the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the chill atmosphere and diverse group of nail techs. I was greeted promptly and got the best full set I’ve gotten since moving to Georgia. They are friendly and take their time to give you what you ask for.

I went to get a fill and she only put acrylic on the top of my nails, not on the ends so I have lumps and dents in my nails. I came back the next day to get it fixed and was told I should come back tomorrow morning at 10am when she first opened. I come at 9:55 and there is already someone else in the chair and now I am being told to wait again. Not to mention I was never greeted by Kristie once she walked in. Customer service is at a all time low.

I went to this place Saturday and was not pleased with my service! I had an SNS and pedicure done… the Jamaican lady who did my pedicure was awesome 👏🏻, I’m very happy with her work, although my nails I can’t say the same! My cuticles wasn’t done, it looks like my nails have not been done, they are denty…the lady who did my nails would not get out of her cell… it was ringing every 5min! people would walk in and she would tell them it would take up to 3-4 hours until they can be seen… what?! Lol 😂 any nail saloon I have been would been like yeah we can take your business !!! But she didn’t see Interested in taking anybody business that day at all! Haha I guess their business are doing well 🤷🏼♀️… ?! Anyways, I hate to complain but I didn’t like my nails and I thought customer service was very poor! I will never go back to that place again!

We were there 2.5 hours. Paid full price for a set of SNS nails that lasted two days. A nail fell off two days later then the others popped off that same evening at a holiday gathering! If you have ever had SNS nails, you know what that is ridiculous! The owner refused a refund. I was offered a new set. Why would I want to waste my time? Poor quality.
Abhorrent customer service by the owner.
