Today I went in to get my nails done. I am pretty particular when it comes to my nails because unlike most, I like them short! Often times I cannot find a nail tech that will Not only get my nails short enough, but shape them the way that I want. Today I had one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with a nail technician named Kevin. He did such an outstanding job and gave me exactly what I asked for even after doing the first nail I did not like the color that I chose and he was so polite and respectful when I told him I didn’t care for the color. So thank you Kevin, for listening and giving me exactly what I came in for! The service was a 10/10 and can’t wait for my next trip in!
Well, it’s my next trip in and as you can see, my experience was not the same and honestly, I feel like I was treated so poorly today. I was so excited to come back in and just get my nails painted today and the lady that did my nails was incredibly short with me, and extremely rough on my nails. The drill burned my nail bed so many times ! Ugh so disappointed! She did not at all clean up my nails or file them. It was just such a terrible terrible experience. I do not recommend going here.
In response to your reply: there is absolutely no excuse that she continually burned my nail beds with the drill, did not clean or file my nails, and ALSO USED A DIRTY FILING BLOCK on my nails! I SHOULD HAVE REPORTED YOUR business to the state board because I KNOW I’m not the only one! I would absolutely never trust your business with my nails again!
Usually I get Alex cause I love when he does mine today the ones I wanted had 3D flowers so JJ did them she did AMAZING!!! If you want long/bling/and a super cute design definitely get JJ!!!!
