I only ever get my eyebrows waxed from here and for years, I’ve never had the technician do a terrible job. Always did a neat job. I appreciate that they don’t make too much small talk either. I prefer the techs that focus on the job. Talking is distracting and I prefer not one get too friendly when I pay for beauty services.

Disappointed in the pedicure I got today. The lady technician I had seemed like she was in a hurry and could not understand me. She didn’t paint my toenails all the way to the end or sides of my nail bed and then left nail polish on the tops of several of my toes. Unfortunately I have an in grown toe nail and she wasn’t even going to take care of it until I specifically asked her to do it. I didn’t notice until I got home how bad of a job she did. I won’t be going back.

Honestly, if I can give 0 stars, I would. When I arrived, I asked if they had time for acrylics, and they said I’d have to wait 15, I waited an hour and 15 before I grabbed my things and left. People who arrived after me went ahead and got their nails done waaay before. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back to give them a chance, They need to organize their time more better

Was just there and customer service is horibble. My technician didn’t speak to me the whole time. The tools and reused. The cleanliness of the store is definitely lacking. I had to ask the technician to fix the same nail twice and then she quickly threw on my top coat and tried to send me to the drying table. I had to then ask if they did designs because no one had asked if I wanted a design. She seemed annoyed by me. Told me to go back to the seat. Did a quick design. Didn’t ask what I wanted and the design doesn’t even match up together. Definitely won’t be going back here.

I visited this nail shop on 2/22/23. As I was getting my nails applied, I looked down and noticed that the nail tech Willa was bleeding. I immediately washed my hands and asked for the owner or a manager. Willa advised one was not available. I called every day asked for a manager or the owner and was told I must come in. Today 2/26 I walked into the nail shop and what I believe was the owner was very nasty and rude. He advised that I would need a doctor note I order to do anything, although I have already made a report to do being in contact with bodily fluids. To follow up several of my nails are lifted so the trip was not even worth it, especially with health concerns. I also noticed today the same nail tech is back working on nails and I’m sure the same cut she bled from is open. I think the shop is very unprofessional and not sanitary!
