This is my 3rd attempt going here and to no surprise, the disappointment. My 16 year old daughter had saved her own money to go get her nails and toes done. I took her here forgetting why I didn’t like this place. It’s had been 6months since I last visited this nail salon. I thought surely I just had a bad experience the last two times I’ve gone. Pedi was awful, they spent maybe 5 mins on my feet and legs and the lady was way too gentle. Attached photos of my nails today and just had them done yesterday. The lady didn’t even drill the underneath of my nails and the ring fingers look horrible. Mind you both my daughter and I both have cuts on our fingers from the drill. Not sure what kind of polish she used but wow. I believe she did a good job until the rush started coming in and then she was more interested in hurrying up to finish mine so she could go help another customer. Between us both we spent $200 there and highly unsatisfied. Don’t waste your money on this place if you want quality. I love to tip when it’s somewhere deserved. This place is not one of those that I’d tip at all.

Went and got my girlfriends nails done at this place and this is how they look after 4 days.

Lumpy, thick, over filled / not cleaned up, messy acrylic, gel chipping and peeling.
I dont recommend coming here.

I had the WORST nail experience of my life today with this place and unfortunately that is no exaggeration!
The lady that did my nails cut all of my fingers they were all bleeding and now they all HURT! She was going way too fast and could care less. Not to mention all of the employees there are currently sick and coughing NON STOP! There was no greeting, no apology when I told her she literally just chopped up my fingers with her machine. All the employees were yelling at each other, they apparently were fighting over money. Nobody wanted to check customers out. A previous customer asked how much her total is standing at the desk to pay by yelling because the lady that did her nails wouldn’t get out of the chair to come check her out so she put the money on the counter and left when she finally got up to put the money in the register she realized it wasn’t enough and ran outside yelling for her money. I am telling you I will NEVER EVER GO back to this place!!!
The worst place to go!

Long read but worth it. if I could give zero I absolutely would. no bonding was used, cuticles were hardly cleaned and on top of that, they used a hard sanding band for the natural nail.. which is very damaging. the orange buff bars that are used after applying acrylic and sanding the shape of the nail had been used on prior clients- and if you are knowledgeable on sanitation when it comes to doing nails, this is alarming! the sanding bands had also not been sanitized before use.. and they keep everything on foil???? never have I seen this. everything is one use- besides the nail brushes, and should be thrown away after being used on one client. clearly this place isn’t sanitary at all… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.. there was no effort whatsoever in my full set.. as you can see they are incredibly misshaped, not painted fully or correctly, there is no apex, nothing! ladies, I get this is a small town, but I highly recommend looking elsewhere or finding trust in a home artist. speaking from acrylic experience, it’s usually much better to find someone who works out of their home to do it for you- they take sanitation and shaping way more seriously, as their name, business and income depends on it. these people couldn’t care less. i didn’t want to say anything because my boyfriend’s mother paid for them, and I didn’t want her to feel bad. but this is the most atrocious full set I have ever had on my nails. I’m terrified MMA was used, and if there is damage to my nails after this set.. the man doing my nails couldn’t even do a simple spiderweb design.. I’m flabbergasted

I really hate writing negative reviews, but I cannot express how disappointed I am in my nails. The staff is nice, but being nice doesn’t equal good service. I went in yesterday to have them painted and a very basic design, they had to redo my nails 3 times and by the third time they were still wrong. At that point I didn’t have all day for them to fix them so I paid and left, they watched me walk out of their building crying because of how disappointed I was in my nails. I ended up coming home and redoing them myself, which was really hard to redo my toes because I’m very pregnant. The original guy doing my nails couldn’t understand anything I was saying, it was really hard to communicate with him, he had me talk to almost every staff member about this basic nail design and no one seemed to understand. I don’t believe it was a language barrier but a communication issue. I even had a photo for reference, it was so so basic. Notice how there’s really thin glitter on the pinky nail and really thick glitter on the other nails, how the pinky nail looks is how I wanted all the black nails to look. The design on the white nail is not what I asked for and does not look good at all. I will never be coming here again, it was embarrassing and disappointing.
