The customer service and quality was good but only for me it feels. My friend didn’t get the white ish base color she asked for and a person I was sitting next to that asked for Gel, didn’t get given Gel until she and I said something. This place is very pricey considering it’s in Hutchinson. I paid $65 without including tip and in the cities I pay $50 and get a few more things like lavender scrub etc. When I first walked in the owner tried to make me get the most expensive options by saying the regular isn’t good and it was a little off putting. Overall I won’t be back due to them not listening to two other customers while I was there, they don’t offer water like most places do and they charge more than the place I go to in the cities that does way better.

I asked for the nails in the second photograph as you can see, I got what is in the first photograph. These nails look nothing alike. I have been here before with my family and they’ve done an exceptional job when it’s a bigger group of people around them looking at the work that they are doing. They offered my friend to get the highest level of a pedicure when she just wanted her toes painted just a color, white. They also messed up someone else’s pedicure when they asked for gel twice once when they first got there and the second time when my friend was sitting next to her, they were carrying on a great conversation (her and my friend) These were supposed to be my birthday nails and they turned out nothing like I wanted. They said the price was $65 on their menu and charged me $70 bucks. They have also mentioned to me and my family before that they “NEED OUR MONEY”. All I wanted was a simple french tip with a white cream colored base and they did not deliver. The arches on the nail suck too. I will never ever be returning here again. The male that I got just seemed to be in a very upset attitude, kept moving my hands and fingers around and was very rushing with getting my nails done even though they didn’t close until six and my appointment was at five pm and I was there a bit earlier then my appointment time, and people were still in the nail salon by the time I got finished. So I do not see why he was rushing with me to charge 70 bucks when the menu says 65. And just letting everyone know who is reading this review, I have been here multiple other times throughout the years and I’ve got french tip nails and I’ve been charged no more than 55 bucks, which is what french tips should be. They are manipulating the town of Hutchinson Minnesota with their prices. I will never ever ever come here again. Good luck to those of you who do.

The Pedicure was great! Walked in scheduled an appointment a month in advance for pedicure and manicure got there they were half and hour behind on my scheduled appointment and after pedicure was done they were ready to get me on my way and I said I was scheduled for a manicure as well and they did not schedule correctly. On their desk it says pay cash and receive $7-$14 off…… I watched 3 others pay cash and got $5 off and when I went to pay for pedicure I received $5 off. They don’t hold up their end of deals.
Nor care about being late and scheduling wrong.

Update – not confused at all you should advertise a little better and make it clear for your customers. (Maybe you should state that on your little sign posted on the desk.

The nails are great, if you look past the cost of $75 for an acrylic set, the workers are not very friendly or personable, they talk you out of what you want, and have an hour to get your nails done- and no lotion or massage or anything.

I stopped going here after college started and almost a year later they remembered who I was! I always have a great experience here knowing that mistakes will happen occasionally. I recommend them to my co-workers often. They are all always making jokes and are welcoming!
