I went in and got a delux pedi.
I was put into a bath that had product in the bath and waited over an hour.

My feet have dead skin, my gel polish is chipping off. I called to speak with the owner? A man and he started to get stressed about me asking for a refund… he wants me to go and have them fix my nails.

But the way he spoke to me over the phone I’m not sure if it’ll be a waste of time… cleanliness is not up to state par. They do not have any barbicide in eye sight. They cleaned their tools in my foot water put the tools back in the tote and it was moved to someone else.

The reviews almost scared me away but I went with a friend and was presently surprised. My nails are pretty simple so it would have been difficult to mess up anyways. My friend has a design, French tips and when comparing them and looking closely there’s a few flaws but I think it’s good enough.

Worst place to get your nails done, it’s super expensive too and they rush and half a** your nails! This was my personal experience they might only do this to new customers regardless I’m very disappointed it’s been 5 days my nails are already lifting. My nails are also very uneven and bumpy.

Ask for Amy! She’s been doing my nails for 6 years now and never fails to surprise me! Never had a complaint about her work! Bens work is also good if you catch him when he has time!

I went In with no appt during a busy time w/ 3 people from my family who wanted a manicure (my bad) , however we were greeted promptly and the owner started on one of my family members within 15 minutes. He was a multitasker for sure. . We were there for a good while . I didn’t get any names but one of the employees offered snacks and all were super nice. Only thing o could complain on was he was a little rough on one of the nails but everything else was just fine. Left happy and he even gave me me a $10 discount!
