amazing service! a lovely woman did my nails and the work is so clean, and thorough. everyone is so nice. the shop is clean and well decorated. some slight issues with communication because of the language barrier but i still got everything i asked for. i brought in a press on nail i liked and she replicated the design on my set perfectly! lower price than what i expected also. i recommend !

I got my nails done here today and it was not a great experience. The tech that was working on my nails was really rough and my cuticles started bleeding multiple times and it was painful. I showed a inspo photo and asked if they could do it before they started working on my nails and they said yes, and then halfway through they said that can’t do it (which is totally fine). However, instead of taking off the polish (it had dust and other stuff stuck to it because it wasn’t fully dry) they just painted over it. They were also rushing and got a polish on my skin and didn’t clean it off fully before curing the nail. The polish didn’t turn out even and my nails look clumpy and thick, whereas I like my nails to be smooth. There was also a lot of acrylic still stuck under my finger nails and I left with product still around my nails. My nails and cuticles just hurt and are roughed up. In the middle of doing my nails the tech left to go on another person’s nails and it was just very chaotic. At that point I stopped bringing up any issues I had because I had already been there for 2 hours and just wanted to leave (I came in with an appointment).
