This Establishment has A 100. Was greeted as soon as I Walked in as well as seated. Started my service shortly after being seated. I got a Pedi with two acrylic nails due to mine being Broken an the Lady who Serviced Me Did A Great Job because they look so Natural. My Service was $41. I got a regular Pedi & regular Polish. Clean environment.

This place is a joke. Immediately put our feet in the spa assuming so we wouldn’t leave. Waited over 1.5 hrs. Brought in 3 young ladies for a gel mani and regular pedi. One got standard service we asked for ; the other two the only thing that was done is toenail grooming and polish. When asked they stated they wouldn’t charge me for the full pedi. We asked for regular pedicures and one out of 3 got them. Incredibly poor customer service. We will not be back in here. Go somewhere else trust me.

The day I went they had two nail technicians. I will call them Tech 1 & Tech 2. Tech 1 was the only one could paint nails and toes. If you wanted a pedicure the Tech 2 could do it, but couldn’t paint your nails period. This was a long unnecessary wait. I should have gone to my regular salon. Whatever Lesson Learned. Charge that loss to the game.

Waited for an hour and a half and was never seen. I was not the only person who left due to the wait mind you the salon was not even full. One of the ladies kept leaving to run errands in the middle of service and all of the people with appointments were seen waaaayy past due the appointment. The lady keep saying it will be just a minute. I have never waited this long at salons that were packed. Maybe things would flow better if they had more people on their staff, took appointment times seriously, and didn’t run personal errands in the middle of service!!

The absolute worse, I’ve had a bad experience before but wanted to give folks the benefit of the doubt. I waited over an hour, two people came in after me and services immediately. Wish i could’ve gave a 0 star bc no this place is not it. They can never keep workers so that says a lot.
