Not impressed with Diane’s fill in, nail shape, artwork, attitude or prices. Lady told me to say something I don’t like before it’s “unfixable” so I checked the polish before placing inside UV- she yelled so loud the nail tech beside her made a face.
Polish is inconsistent and has lumps. I wanted to get out of there so bad that I left without getting toes done.

Went with my girlfriend and sisters before a wedding we were attending. They were very kind and squeezed us in last minute. I had Michael and we talked the whole time and he made me feel comfortable as I’m not used to getting pedicures done. Overall great experience and everyone left happy

I recently had a manicure and pedicure at Nail So Dep for my bridal party, and it was an amazing experience. The salon had a soothing ambiance, and the staff was attentive and professional. I got a manicure and pedicure here the day before Thanksgiving. The manicure did not set right, and was peeling away from my nails near the cuticles. I went back and asked if they could fix the nails affected, and the woman told me she didn’t see anything wrong with my manicure. I asked her if she thought the manicure looked good, and she said it didn’t look great but it looked good enough. She said she would redo it but that I would have to pay for it. I told her I would be going somewhere else that had higher standards.
Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Came today to get pedicures for the DW and I. We were promptly greeted and seated next to each other. No waiting though I’m sure that was lucky timing. Two gentlemen worked on our feet. We did the classic which was $39 each. Both gentlemen were efficient and my massage felt great as well as the warm wraps on my feet. The guy did a great job painting my wife’s toenails.she said he was meticulous. Overall great experience! If in the area we would come again.
