Came in by appointment today and saw Ella for a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure and she did a fantastic job! The service was very good all around. Everyone was super nice and Ella was very communicative and thorough during the entire service! I will definitely be coming back!

I was in Hartville and didn’t have the will to drive to Canton to wait an hour for a “walk in” pedicure. So, I called Nails So Dep and they said “Come in in!” so I did! They took me back right away. A basic pedicure was $35 and gel polish removal was an extra $5. That’s at least $10 less that what I’ve paid elsewhere. The shop is beautiful, open and welcoming. Try the services here! I was certainly not disappointed and will return soon!

I have gone in 3 times in the last 2 weeks because nails have fallen off on their own. Lee usually does my nails and this doesn’t happen but when Carter did my full set this time he was rushing and now I have had 4 nails fall off and I have not even had this set for a month. For the price you pay, the quality should be better.

Fast and sloppy. They didn’t even smooth my nails out, they cut my fingers a few times and left polish on my skin. Spent $60 plus a tip and didn’t even get my entire nail covered with polish. Rough edges. The guy didn’t seem to care about his work at all some of the tips are polished and others are left looking unfinished. Definitely not the quality I’m used to from my usual nail place, but they were booked until after the new year so I figured I’d give this place a chance. But I will not return to a place who rushes and doesn’t care about making a clients fingers bleed and leave nails looking sloppy. I didn’t get them fixed as I had to be at work. Was told a 15 minute wait which turned into an hour -which okay not a huge deal as I did come as a walk in- but I expect to get quality work when I’m paying $60+ for a service.
