I have gone to Nails Pro several times over the past 6 months and have always had a great experience. Just like with anywhere it’s respectful to call ahead although I have been able to walk-in every time they would prefer for customers to not have to wait. My nails turn out wonderful and last.

What a horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I went in with a full set of nails on and requested a new set. I wanted the same shape same everything so Tracy could see what I wanted! She soaked them off and didn’t soak me very long and started peeling the nails off!!! I kept saying I was in pain but she said I have to do like this to get nail off. So we painfully got through that process and started putting on the new nails. She cut them way too short and I asked for longer she said she couldn’t do it. Ok whatever!! Well to top it off she puts the acrylic on and it’s not even. My nails look wavy. Just an absolute horrible experience!!! And it’s too bad because I’ve been going here for pedicures for three years and needless to say I won’t be back! I asked her for s refund she said no and was very upset when I asked!! I showed my nails to her and she just acted like nothing was wrong!!! So if you have acrylic nails DONT go here!!!! The first pic is what they should have looked like and the last two pix are what Tracy did!!! Very disappointed.

recommended by a coworker, to ask for jason. he wasn’t available, so i had an older lady. asked for the exact same thing as my coworker, 888 pink in gel & got nothing of the sort… if you don’t have Jason here, don’t go!!!! photo only after 5 days, typically gel last me at least 2-3weeks

Service in the past was wonderful. Walk-ins were gladly accepted. NOT anymore. All summer, I tried to get a Pedi, and each time was told to come back. That’s understandable when the place is packed. But when there are only 2 customers in the salon and available techs, I don’t understand why we were told to come back. I’m highly disappointed at the level of service.
