This is the only place in FM area that I like to get my nails done. It’s a very quiet place in the Center Mall and nicely decorated. The business is family owned and very comfortable place. It’s clean and always excellent talented service given. They don’t overcharge and I have always had a relaxing fun experience. At Nails Pro I never ever feel rushed or treated like “just another customer”. My nails look much better and price was very good.

I had made appointment for mani pedi. I asked Tiffany to help me pick polish for July fourth decoration. I then was given Brian to do my services and was told I can’t request who does them. I asked for fireworks on my nails. See picture. He only did my big toes and it looks nothing like fireworks. Then when removing my old polish he was using that sander tool and it was burning my finger so I said ouch that’s burning. He got mad and said if I didn’t think he knew what he’s doing not to come back. I was then charged double what I would normally pay there and he yelled at his employee when he was going to charge me the regular rate.
