Until today this had been my favorite place. Men always serve me and they are very delicate and good at doing their nail work. 15 days ago I came and they did some acrylic nails. As always, I was delighted with the work. Today I come to do a filler that normally costs 30 dollars and an employee named Eleven started to do the work, she did it so quickly that everything was poorly done and dirty. The nails are completely dirty on the inside, the cuticle is all sticking out, raised skin all over. I asked her for the same job as last time and she decided to do what she wanted. Before finishing she tells me that it will be $50 dls. I told her no, that didn’t cost the filling. She, very upset, tells me that she decided to put a special polish on me and that was the cost. I was very upset 😭 and apart from the very ugly work. Finally she charged my card 40 dls. I left very upset. In addition, she began to speak in her language with another employee, as if laughing. How sad it is to pay for a service that you did not receive. I am very very upset 😭 and I feel robbed.

The worst place I’ve ever been to. The lady barely shaped my nails and never even asked how I wanted my natural nail shaped before doing dip. She left so much extra product under all of my nails and some sort of clear stuff stuck to my skin. Some of my nails on the sides she didn’t even dip all the way (which you can see in the pictures) . She was rushing the whole time and knicked my skin. I said “ow” and she said nothing. When I went to pay I noticed one of my nails was glued to my skin with whatever they use. Do better.

the service was great and they did exactly what i wanted it looks just like the picture i showed them. i was a walk in and got seated right away. staff was very friendly and i would definitely come back again

My daughter and I came in on wed to get our nails done. They rushed the job and didn’t do very good job. My daughter nails are crooked and today (sunday) they have started to chip gel nail polish off. For $60 we have chipping only 4 days later, they definitely weren’t worth more then $25 with this type of bs. My nails don’t have too coat I question them but got ignored, 1st girl hurt my fingers having the machine to high it was skipping on my nails, 2nd lady who worked on my nails next I can see each coat on my nails by later as she didn’t make sure to properly cover my nails, then didn’t know how to ombre so another girl finished and she didn’t do any top coat just sent me off. My nails u can see where gel polish is rubbing down and u can see the difference. Plus random hair in one. They do not tend to ur cuticles which should always be done before laying acrylic. We tried them and learned a lesson, Ive been getting my nails done for years, this is by far worst service and job I’ve ever had.

Had 4 ladies, 3 got nails done and pedicures, 1, 7 year old just painted nails. The polish on the child nails peeled off with in an hour the 1 ladies toe polish was only painted on the center, I asked for a design on my toe and it looked like a preschooler did it. My sister wanted square nails and was told she needed pointed ones which she hated. First time here, in for a wedding, definitely awful service and craftsmanship. We felt rushed during the whole visit. Plus, they charged 35 for the painting of my granddaughter who is 7, for paint that chipped off immediately. I feel very ripped off. And didn’t feel comfortable calling back due to a language barrier. My recommendation is to use a different nail salon
