I have been seeing Dean for years. I can’t remember a time when he wasn’t doing my nails! Everyone at Nails Only is friendly and welcoming and I would trust any of them with my nails. I recommend their services to anyone!

This is my third time at this location here off of Holland and it was a terrible experience. I have a nail currently broke that they will not help me to takeoff. I asked the one older Korean lady who did my nails last time. Can she please take off the nail and I’ll come back later to get a new one put on she told me I needed to come back at five because she has a customer coming right now. Well, I’m her customer too and she doesn’t care. She sat there, eating her snack sitting in one of the massage chairs and said no ma’am you need to come back later after five. I don’t know where Customer was coming from but I was currently right there in her face, and she denied me service. I said my nail has split and I need it off because it hurts when I bend it It does not hurt otherwise and I have to go to work now I even went back in to plead with her to take it off and she wouldn’t even though she was the one to put my nails on to start with. I tried giving this establishment a second chance. When the same lady messed up my nails the first time and made them very bubbly and ugly looking I said I need you to redo my nails please And she did and they came out better but today I woke up and one had split and she denied me service I can see why they’re not thriving as a business at this location like they should I will never come back to this location again

I love the Nails Only crew! I’ve been coming here for years & they take great care with my nails and waxing needs! Julia has been my dedicated tech for years; she is meticulous and gentle in her work, and I wouldn’t trade her for the world!

I love this nail shop! The prices are great, the people are even better. They are all so nice and have the best customer service I’ve experienced! I refuse to go anywhere else!

I frequent this nail salon, but this last time was my last time. This last visit was just unacceptable. I go to the same nail technician who services only a select few clients out of her home salon. Since she was going to be out due to medical reasons, I decided to take a break from my gel polish (as I do a few times per year). I requested gel polish removal and a manicure. Well, after the gentleman driller my nails until they burned, he proceeded to pull out powder. I asked why he was getting the powder when I only wanted a manicure. He insisted that I had acrylic (which I DO NOT) and I needed the powder. I’m not the one to argue and I know that I probably should have gotten up and left right then, but I didn’t. I also didn’t get the manicure that I requested. My nails didn’t look awful; therefore, I paid, but I definitely will not return. When I am paying MY money, I want what I ask for. I also don’t appreciate being told that I had acrylic when I know full well that I don’t.
