Extremely unprofessional. a customer voicing a problem and the owner turns to another customer and says “I need to calm down. Have you ever seen me this upset” instead of addressing the problem. No sorry. Just “I don’t care”
I asked for a manicure for my 13 year old and as I’m in the back getting a pedicure they ask her what she wants. Her not knowing terminology agrees to a full set and they put acrylic on her nails.
The pedicure was mediocre and the “full set “ on my daughter was poor.
Should have known to get up when another patron shook her head and mouthed that she would never come back here.
Not to mention another employee apparently tired of hearing my mouth turned her music on loud blasting meek mills inappropriate music with children present was the icing.
Plenty of other salons. Go elsewhere

The young lady who did my pedicure did a good job but that salon is dirty. I mean grease or oil stains on the chairs. The tools are in a bucket next to the seat and have clearly been used multiple times prior to me. Once done with me she dipped the tools into my dirty water and put them back in that same bucket for the next person. Even the towel they used were stained. When we were done the ground was soaked in water which is a huge hazard. They had clients walking back and forth eating food they cooked. There’s flies swarming everywhere. Doors opened because of the incense they burn which was not covering the musk smell. I would have sworn it said 50 for the spa ped but I was charged 67 that’s including a 3$ surcharge. When I asked about it, she pointed at a sign. No ma’am the sign says a 3.5 savings if you pay cash not an additional charge for credit. I took it right out of my normal tipping. This was a quick in and out experience but I will never listen to yall reviews again. Absolutely NOT the best place in VA.

Awesome place I called 15 minutes before they were closing they told me to come on. Miss Snow did not rush doing my nails, did a wonderful job with the designs I wanted, was super friendly even with my indecisiveness and the fact that she stayed an hour after they were closed just to help me look beautiful for my giving birth tomorrow event! This is my new place to go to get my nails done! Hopefully I can make it tomorrow to get my feet done real quick LOL thanks again Miss Snow! 💝💅❄️🌟💯

I went here for today for a manicure and pedicure. Very satisfied with the pedicure Amy did an excellent job. When it was time for my manicure Lisa disappeared. I asked is she coming back her husband said she will be back soon. So I ask how does she leave her customer he stated that you will have to ask her. I said I will. He then said she had a 2:00 appointment. Long story short she comes back around 2:25 no apologies. She did a good job. But after reading reviews she might be a little stuck on herself.
