I request sharp nails , medium length from the start ➡️ the gentleman sitting second to last row on your left when you walk in did them⬅️ instead I received what you see in the photo. I was charged 75$ I usually get my nails done at star nails on Slauson & Fig✅️ KELLY DOES THEM AND SHZME ON ME FOR SWITCHING, NEVER AGAIN Yes yes, yes, at that point I took out .❗️ I continue to ask him. Are they going to be sharp?.. Finally I show him a photo of my nails,they way i get them , SHARP👀That is when he tells you my nails are going to be coffee. I had to direct him on how to place gold flakes 😔 He then did not want to hold himself accountable. I had to let him know that. We all have to hold Are shows accountable for actions.🫡
. The lady at the front desk took 5 off 75👈That was still too much the lady that did my eyebrows. & my peach fuzz underneath my nose was nice 🪷 Iprobably will not be going back.
My wait was only about 5 minutes, and I went on a Saturday afternoon. The pedicure chairs were filled, and that took about 20 minutes to be seated.
The lady that did my pedicure was nice, but, she dug in my toes really deep and caused bleeding and pain, when that wasn’t necessary. Also, she did not listen. I did not want gel on my toes, but she did it anyway.
I also got my eyebrows waxed, and she did a great job.
For the fill, pedicure (massage, callus remover, gel, flower), and eyebrow wax, the total was only $80.
I wouldn’t necessarily CHOOSE to go here, but for an emergency, I might return.
FYI. They accept debit/credit cards for services, but not the tip. They also have an ATM available on site.
