Staff – Very friendly and welcoming. Made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed.

Atmosphere – Seemed pretty clean. Metal tools used were not taken out of a sanitized and sealed bag which was disappointing but the buffers and scrubbers were disposable. Filter for pedicure chair was not sanitized – it was clearly reused customer after customer and their “cleaning” of it before using on the next person was done in my pedicure water full of my dead skin and dirt from my feet.

Quality – while the pedicure was nice and polish has held up, my $50 gel manicure has not. I got my nails done 2.5 DAYS AGO and this is what they look like. I’m incredibly disappointed and feel like my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I was from out of town and couldn’t go back to get them fixed before leaving.

I have been coming here for a year now and I love it. The customer service is great when scheduling or rescheduling appointments. You are always greeted when you walk in and taken care of promptly. I want to keep her a secret so I don’t have to share, but Mia is the absolute BEST nail tech I’ve ever had. She consistently does incredible artwork. Love this place!

I can’t say enough good things about this location! From the minute I am greeted at the door I felt pampered. All the staff is extremely attentive when it comes to taking drink orders or offering refills. The atmosphere is giving luxurious and serene. The experience would not be complete without the credit to my wonderful nail technician Mia! Although my set was “basic” she was immediately invested in asking all the right questions to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I am beyond impressed by Mia’s attention to detail!! Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself at this NOA location.

I have never had a bad experience here! Each visit has been perfect regardless of which technician I was with. Recently I got full set with Kacey and signature pedicure with Hazel, and they did the best job and they were both so kind! I will always go here as long as I’m in this area.

I adore this place. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and customer service is over the top! I’ve been back since my first experience with them, because this is the only place in Houston that does them and they last! The quality is always excellent and my nails never chip or lift with wear. I am so grateful I’ve found a place like this one. I will come back time and time again. Also, I tried these new cat eye nails today and they are absolutely gorgeous.Thank you Lynn for doing an exceptional job! She did my nails just how I envisioned. She also made sure I was content throughout the whole service. I will be back soon 😊❤️
