It started out great! The lady took my friend and I to get pedicures, after that it was downhill fast! When I was done I followed her to the front and she checked the book and pointed at a chair, I waited maybe 3 minutes for her to come back but instead this guy walks in the front door and straight to my spot sits down and gets straight to work, no questions about nail shape or anything, it was painful as heck!!! I didn’t bleed but when I left one of my fingers hurt really bad and my left hand pointer finger is embarrassing, it has an arch and is anything but straight! ( I’ll put a picture, is it just me??) I ended up paying $80 for these French tips. Don’t get me started on checking out:( Paying was a whole other disappointment. I highly recommend going with your gut, ask for someone else if you don’t like your tech.

This place was awful. The tech who completed my nails was so rough. She was absolutely lazy with applying the acrylic & mentioned the faster she got it done the fast she could go home. She then insisted her coworker buff my nails (which isn’t a problem but he was standing behind me and it was like the were playing tug of war with me) you could see the red under the dark purple. She cut me multiple times. Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve been here at least 15 times. I spend over $120 every time I come here and I’m never fully satisfied. They do not adhere to what you ask for and the nail work is horrible. Nails are not painted thick enough and the nails are always different shapes and lengths. They can never match colors on hands and feet due to limited stock on polish and their attitudes suck. There are maybe 2 or 3 friendly workers. It seems like they don’t feel like doing their jobs most of the time which makes me uncomfortable when it’s suppose to be relaxing. My feet are usually done well! Do not recommend and will not visit again. Young lady that works the desk is very polite!

Do Not Go To Conroe Nails of America. The guy that did my wife’s nails failed to remove the polish completely – instead he polished over her old pink nail polish (really)! He failed to ask what nail shape she wanted and put on an ugly pointed nail. He was impersonal and very rough – the drill was painful 😣. He hurt her several times and failed to ask how she was doing. She felt like she was on an assembly line. In fact at the very end he got up and said “done” and shook the nail shavings off his shirt – wow 🤔. . .Please have a translator available; as, the man did not even converse with my wife at all. What ever happened to customer service! Zero For Conroe – Don’t Go!!!!! My wife will never go to Nails of America ever Again. There is Customer Service & Poor Customer Service – A delineation does exist! 😕
