She treated me like I was the one with the problem instead of providing customer care. I was not looking for a refund – I wanted to explain that I had an infection and part of my nail had to be removed. I did this so they would clean the darn pedicure bowls!!
She didn’t address my concern and walked away. I was calm – the lady who did my
Pedicure felt bad. She barely
Speaks English though so she didn’t know what to say or do and looked at Kim who was avoiding the whole thing!
Here’s what I witnessed the 4x I went prior
to the infection:
Kim and Kevin seem to own the place. You won’t know this unless you are on their schedule because they barely greet the clients of the two ladies who do many of the pedicures.
Kim has a steady group of clients who rave about her and likely because most of the people I saw were getting manicures only. She has a busy schedule of consistent manicure clients. Kevin seemed to have some manicure and otherwise didn’t seem to do pedicures. People would check in and he would fill a now known dirty bowl with water and the other two ladies would take care of walk in pedicures of which there are many – good luck!
Here’s the take away —
PEOPLE ARE RAVING ABOUT THEIR GREATNESS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GETTING INFECTED TOE NAILS – STEADY MAINLY MANICURE CLIENTS WONT HAVE THIS ISSUE! THEY NEED TO TEACH THEIR STAFF HOW TO CLEAN THE BOWLS AND NOT JUST WALK OVER TO THE DISINFECTED TOOLS AND FEEL THAT IS ALL THAT GOES INTO A CLEAN AND SANITARY PEDICURE SERVICE!
I would recommend Kevin. He did a bang up job on my nails. When I came in my nails were a hot mess, Kevin did an amazing job and made them look like a new set.
