The service is not worth the money. I received services here about 5 times. My most recent experience was the worst. The older lady with glasses removed my eyelashes and attempted to charge me for a full set of eyelashes although I requested a fill-in. She proceeded to wax my eyebrows, which only needed cleaning up. She changed the entire shape of each eyebrow and they are not the same. Please think twice before giving them your service.

Do NOT go to these people for lash extensions!! They literally put glue on my ENTIRE lash line (I wish I could post a picture)so my natural lashes are coming out and all you can see is clunky gunky glue because they applied too much to the lashes. I want them off ASAP and don’t even trust them to remove them properly so I have to wait until a REPUTABLE company has an opening to get them safely removed… although I’ve already been told that my lashes will more than likely be unhealthy and I’ll have to wait a month before getting a correct set! NEVER AGAIN!

AVOID THIS PLACE! They do NOT know how to thread. My eyebrows actually look worse after coming here. They cut my eyebrows so much they look so choppy and horrible. This picture was taken right after they finished my brows. They look awful!

Do NOT use this place. I typically use the girl that’s there week nights. I used the older lady with glasses. She butchered my eyebrows. They are 2 completely different shapes. It has threading in the name and they can’t even get that right. This place is trash.

I have been going here for a year but no more. I usually let the mom do mine, she always does well and I ALWAYS tip her. However she was busy today and I was in a rush so the other lady did them, I was not pleased so when I went to pay she asked if I wanted to tip and I said NO. I get home later and check my mobile banking app to see she took it upon herself to add on a $2 tip when I made sure to draw through the tip line when I signed my receipt. That didn’t sit well with me at all.
