An incredibly disappointing experience. My visit started with a pedicure by Helen, which quickly turned into a nightmare.

Helen was excessively rough throughout the pedicure, causing me discomfort and pain multiple times. Her attitude was far from professional, making the experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, she skipped several crucial steps like exfoliation and barely used any products beyond a watery lotion. The pedicure was subpar and felt incomplete. I had polish all over my nail beds and cuticles.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested to have another technician do my nails. This request seemed to infuriate Helen. She yelled at me and then completely ignored me. Her attempt to remove my polish from my fingernails was so careless that it damaged my nails, prompting me to leave the salon before she could do any further damage.

I tried contacting the owner, Brian. Unfortunately, he has not answered my calls, his voicemail is full, and he has not responded to my text message.

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of response from management. I will not be returning and caution others about the poor treatment and lack of professionalism at this establishment.

Nice local nail salon! Have lived over near here for 3 years and they always do a great job! It’s inexpensive compared to many other places in the area. I always call ahead and they always put me with the same nail tech!

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I’m not one to speak up for myself especially when it comes to service industry stuff… but I had to complain when my nail “tech” was done. 1. She filed my nails sideways???? 2. You could tell she doesn’t normally do SNS (which is fine but like don’t let people who dont normally do it do it on clients until they’re TRAINED!????) 3. She got an attitude when I said something very nicely and “didn’t see the issue”… look at the picture 4. Butchered my cuticles…. DO NOT GO HERE. I ignored the reviews and regretted it instantly.

I popped in here to check out this local spot and see if I could get some short acrylic nails done (my first time). I called ahead of time to make sure they had availability and they did! I was greeted and sat promptly, I showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. I was glad that everyone seemed to be in a good mood and laughing. That lifted my spirits up. I think Kay did a great job being gentle with me and listening to my requests for short cream nails. I’m happy with the service and price. I will be back here for sure!

Came back for a repaint with a new color, even though I showed up last minute Lisa painted my nails and I think they look great!

The This nail salon is absolutely the worst I’ve ever been to! Can you believe it? The nail technician actually cut my skin multiple times, despite me repeatedly telling her how much it hurt. And to top it off, they charged me an exorbitant amount for such terrible service. Plus, she didn’t even shape my nails the way I asked her to. It’s unbelievable! I can’t help but wonder if I was the only customer in that entire salon. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your hard-earned money in this place!
